At Madcapdeals, we value customer satisfaction and strive to offer great products at unbeatable prices. Due to the nature of liquidation sales, all sales are final. However, we understand that defects can occasionally occur.

Defective Product Returns

• Return Window: You have 2 days from the date of purchase to report and return a defective item.

• Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, with all included accessories and packaging (if applicable).

• Proof of Defect: A photo or in-person inspection may be required to confirm the defect.

• Approval Required: All returns must be approved by Madcapdeals staff before processing.

What’s Not Covered

• No returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.

• Returns outside the 2-day window will not be accepted.

All items sold under liquidation, clearance, or final sale are considered as-is and are not eligible for refund or exchange, unless proven defective within the 2-day return window.
